This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users and accounts and forms part of your agreement with SpeedyX. It works alongside the Terms of Use for your region. Breaching it may lead to restriction, suspension, or closure of your account.
You may use SpeedyX only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, and these policies, and only for activity for which you are eligible and verified.
You must not use SpeedyX for, or in connection with:
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or accounts; introduce malware; scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the platform except as permitted by law; circumvent verification, monitoring, limits, security, or geo-restrictions; or impose an unreasonable load on our systems.
Third-party collections and payouts are available only to approved businesses and only for permitted purposes. You must not use the platform to facilitate prohibited or unlicensed activity for, or on behalf of, third parties.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information, keep it updated, and not impersonate others or provide false or misleading documentation.
Accounts and transactions are subject to verification, sanctions and risk screening, and ongoing monitoring. We may request additional information or documentation at any time, and may pause or review activity.
We may restrict, suspend, or close accounts; reverse, block, or decline transactions where permitted; report to authorities where required; and retain records, in each case in accordance with applicable law and your regional Terms.
